We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from war or terrorist activities, threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, harbour & airport regulations and closure, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircrafts, boats or any type of transportation means or any other event outside our control which either delays or extends the holiday arrangements.

Other Informations

The use of airconditioning is different on every yacht. Some of them have a 24/7 system where others have a rule that at midnight the airconditioning goes off. Generators are operated for aircon, freezers and fridges as well. There is a limited use of generators in ports due to the sound thay make and they might disturb neighboring boats at night. When requesting A/C on during the night time, this may or may not be possible. A/C may be available if you are anchored in a bay and there are not many boats around. Speak to your captain regarding this subject to make arrangements accordingly and as per your agreement for number of hours of use of A/C.
