S/Y Le Ponant – LE PONANT is a unique ship that has just undergone a complete ‘rebuild’ so that the inner and outer decks are all new. The layout has been updated to create 16 large, comfortable guest suites, and the 2023 and 2024 schedule takes her to several beautiful destinations that would be ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunities to spend time with friends and family for an unforgettable holiday.

She sails beautifully and the captain and crew take every opportunity to sail instead of motor. The experience of sailing on LE PONANT is wonderful, guests can relax while sailing silently. Her rig design is impressive for sailing enthusiasts, as she uses giant hydraulic rams to trim the sails.

The cuisine on board is excellent and is a big part of the experience. The chef is French and there is a team of five people in the galley.
